Rajdeep has spent nearly three decades building and transforming digital businesses globally — from co-founding a Warburg Pincus-backed startup to being Managing Director at Publicis Sapient.

He holds a BE (Computer Science) from NIT, Nagpur and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Shilpa has led HR for over twenty years, shaping how thousands of employees work and grow — first at Publicis Sapient and later at Yum! Brands India. As an executive coach, she helps leaders shift beliefs, change behaviors and navigate transition.

She studied English Literature at Lady Shri Ram College and holds an MBA from the Fore School of Management.
