Maatra provides document organization, reminder systems, and AI-powered insights for personal health record management. Features include optical character recognition (OCR), automated categorization, and family profile management. Maatra is an organizational tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician.
User Content & Permissions
You upload only content you're authorized to share. You grant us a license to process it solely to operate features (OCR, search, reminders).
AI/OCR Features
Automated extraction/summaries may be imperfect; always refer to the source document and your clinician.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; (b) attempt to circumvent security measures; (c) access or use other users' data without authorization; (d) use the service for any illegal activities; (e) interfere with service operations.
Plans, Billing & Taxes
Plan benefits and prices may change with notice; taxes extra. Subscription charges are processed by secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card details. Billing cycles begin on signup date.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy
First-time purchase:
7-day, no-questions-asked refund.
Monthly renewals:
Cancel anytime; charges already made are non-refundable, service continues till period end.
Annual plan:
Full refund within 14 days of initial charge; thereafter pro-rated refunds not offered (you can switch off auto-renew).
How to cancel:
In-app “Manage Plan” or email [email protected] from your registered email.
Processing time:
We initiate approved refunds promptly; bank timelines may vary.
